2026年2月13日，国际反洗钱反恐怖融资权威组织FATF（Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering，金融行动特别工作组）通过官网公布最新一期名单。其中：

· 黑名单未变。

· 灰名单增加两个国家，分别为科威特（Kuwait）、巴布亚新几内亚（Papua New Guinea）。

2024年至今，FATF灰名单共计移出15个国家，列入14个国家。
